Palo Santo wood (which translates literally to “holy wood” in Spanish) has been used for centuries for its cleansing properties. It is believed to release its purifying properties when burned and has a woody scent with hints of lemon, pine, and mint. According to Shamanic history in South America, it is said to remove negativity and attract good fortune. To use, simply light a stick and then extinguish the flame, gently waving your hand over the stick to disperse its white smoke.
